Ensembles
Regardless of their major, all students at ABC are eligible to audition for membership in the Chapel Orchestra, Chorale, Jubilate, Gospel Heralds, and/or Magnify. (For more information on ministry teams, click here.) Students will register and receive academic credit for ensembles each semester. Specific audition dates can be found on the ABC calendar. With the exception of Gospel Heralds, auditions for ensembles are held in the first two weeks of the fall semester. Incoming freshmen for the spring semester may also audition for ensembles if need arises.
For ensemble auditions, singers should be prepared to sight read a vocal part and perform a prepared song/hymn of their choice that demonstrates their vocal range. An accompanist will be provided. Accompanists and instrumentalists should be prepared to perform a solo piece that demonstrates their ability.
